I’ve lived in the district since moving from London to Stratford-upon-Avon in 1984 when I married my husband Tim in Holy Trinity Church.   We spent three years in Tiddington before moving to Bridgetown together with our daughter Ella who went to Bridgetown Junior School.

The desire to move into the countryside followed in 2006 with our move into Moreton Morrell, which has enabled me to get to know the village and Moreton Paddox, together with Newbold Pacey, Ashorne, Wellesbourne and Walton..

I’ve never been a lady of leisure and am one of those people who just likes to be busy.  I trained as a journalist in London and moved into the world of PR a few years later.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked on some really big and exciting projects and these have included the UK launch of Saturday Night

I’ve always had a passion for politics and the opportunity to combine this real interest with my professional expertise in media relations, stakeholder engagement and communications is part of the rationale for wishing to continue serving as your local district councillor

I care passionately about what goes on in our community and my aims are focused on really understanding your concerns and making your views heard where they matter.

Making a difference and making things happen in a transparent and ethical way, with values that are down to earth, is what you can expect and will get from me.

Thank you for your support.

Anne Parry, Wellesbourne Anne Parry with Tillie Anne Parry, MM

Fever, The Ryder Cup, and the launch of Saga Radio.

Having set up a PR consultancy in Stratford-upon-Avon back in 1993, I merged the business with a Birmingham based agency in 1997 and later sold the company to a major national player in 2006.

My business life has now turned a full circle and I now work part time at Seccombes Estate Agency in Kineton, involved in property sales and lettings.

When I’m not wearing my property hat I can be found walking Tillie, my one year old Sprocker, gardening or playing a bit of golf.

I’ve always had a passion for politics and the opportunity to combine this real interest with my previous background in media relations, stakeholder engagement and communications is part of the rationale for wishing to continue serving as your local district councillor
